e-order

Every bank that strives to respond to the requirements of its clients, their habits and obligations, offers the services which will make business relation with the bank simpler and easier. Currently, the mobile banking and Internet banking services represent a constituent part of the offer of every bank.

Recently, the corporates and crafts have been offered a possibility to send e-orders, programme for creation of payment orders which you can send to the bank or FINA in electronic form on a floppy, via e-mail or Internet banking interface.

This programme is easy to use. The programme interface looks like a transfer order which alleviates the work for employees. e-order enables print out of payment orders. If a commercial bank or FINA has IT support for the creation of electronic form statements, this programme will enable you to scroll through the statements and print them out.

Main advantages of the e-order are:

1. Sending orders at lower bank charges
2. Creation of more payment orders without re-entering the data
3. Time saving, if the order is sent via e-mail or Internet banking interface

All Croatian banks can receive file in format supported by e-order application.

You may download the most recent free of charge version of the programme and use it for 30 days here or you can send a request for CD. After the mentioned period you are invited to order the same by phone or e-mail.

Upon your request, one of our employees will come to your office, provide assistance during the application installation and inform you on the advantages of the e-order.

If you are already the user of the older version of the application, you can upgrade your e-order to the new version by initiating the installation which you can download here.

e-order is easily installed to the PC with Windows operating system. Basic technical requirements are: PC with floppy reader, CD reader or Internet access. If you wish to send orders via e-mail, you will need Outlook Express and e-mail address.
