BSA Architecture Functionality BSA - batch entry as the fundamental principle is maintained by integrity and on-line principle. The data are checked for errors at the point of entry. Consequently, the job of back-office auditor is practically not needed. Upon entry, all authorised users in the network have access to data. Authorisation may be assigned for each function to individual user or group of users. Each access to application is recorded by the access time, site ID and user ID. All cash and transfer payments are recorded by the same tracking data. Application is not depended on the organisation of the bank. All modules may be implemented on any workstation. Screen images have been standardised. The same applies to work procedures and layout of documents and messages. Defining of codes contributes to the easy usage of application and less time required for training of users. Each transaction is described in the on-line HELP which also contains technical and banking-related user guide. The BSA testing system is available for training of new users and testing of new application functions. |
