BSA - Retail banking

Retail is adjusted to the concept of cashier/liquidator in one person. The module covers all cash payments with private individuals and corporates in compliance with the legal requirements.

The cashier has access to all relevant up-to-date information on the client and his accounts, thus enabling almost error-free processing of all transactions provided the client meets all preconditions. All transactions and individual accounts are linked to the ID of a private individual.

The cashier and other authorised employees of the bank have access to data on all transactions, balances, guarantees, remainders, credit risk and client segmentation. The balance and status of accounts is shown on the screen before carrying out any financial transaction.

During the shift the cashier may at any time check the cash balance in all required currencies. At the closing of the business day the cashier settles the till and prints out the journal.

The system provides support to Card management for various types of credit and debit cards as well as for links to authorisation centres. Credit cards may offer extension of payment term or revolving loan.
