BSA - General ledger

Any transaction, regardless of the place of its origination, is automatically posted without any additional requirement to input data. BSA book-entry ensures transparency of all transactions at any point within the system which is the main precondition for accurate and updated balance sheet.

All transactions with corporates are simultaneously entered in the general ledger, while transactions with private individuals are entered cumulatively once or several times a day, in accordance with the requirements of the bank.

Double-entry accounting is applied to every document entering the general ledger. Both general ledger and sub-ledger may be organised for the monitoring of the profit centres thus enabling the bank to monitor profit and loss account by profit centres. At the same time, all internal reports and reports to the Central bank can be prepared at the level of the bank.

Besides standard reports, various other reports may be prepared based on the bank's specification without the need for additional programming. BSA provides a report generator for creation and adjustment of headings, reporting periods, initial balances, contents and columns of reports.
